Rennsport Wachter is an independent motorsport team with a passion for single-seater racing and a commitment to performance on track. With many years of experience in international formula racing, we compete with our Dallara Formula 3 car in selected international championships.
We offer ambitious and passionate drivers the opportunity to enter the world of formula racing. Whether you are looking for your first Formula 3 test, a single race event, or a full championship campaign, we provide the support and expertise needed at every stage of your development.
With professional driver coaching, advanced data and telemetry analysis, and experienced race engineering, we work closely with our drivers to unlock their performance and turn potential into results.
Our team
We are a passionate racing team with a family-like atmosphere and a strong track record in formula racing. Based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, we are ideally located within reach of some of Europe’s most iconic circuits, including Hockenheimring, Spa-Francorchamps and the Nürburgring. Track operations
Test days
Take the wheel of a Formula 3 car and experience single-seater racing. Our test days offer the perfect opportunity to improve your driving skills, explore the limits of the car and gain valuable track experience in a professional environment.
We provide fully supported test days with our Dallara Formula 3 car, including technical preparation, trackside assistance and individual driver support. Whether you're taking your first steps into formula racing or preparing for your next race weekend, we tailor each test to your goals and experience.
Test days are usually organized at the Hockenheimring, with additional circuits available upon request.
Races & Championships
Compete in some of Europe's most prestigious Formula 3 championships with Rennsport Wachter. We offer flexible racing opportunities, from individual race entries to complete season programs, tailored to each driver's ambitions and experience.
Our team provides dedicated support throughout the entire race weekend, from preparation and practice sessions to qualifying and the races themselves. We create the ideal environment for drivers to develop their skills, gain valuable racing experience and compete at the highest level.

2016
Formula BMW
In 2016, we expanded into Formula BMW with our FB02 single-seater, competing in the Remus Formula Cup and completing several test days.
A highlight of the season was securing 2nd place in our debut race in Brno, Czech Republic, in the class for cars up to 1800 ccm.
2014 - 2016
Kart Racing
Rennsport Wachter began its journey in karting, competing in regional and national championships across several ADAC junior series. Early success on track laid the foundation for our continued progression into formula racing.
